Zero Limits: The Ancient Hawaiian Practice for a Peaceful Life

Posted on April 22, 2019January 8, 2021 by Denisa

‘Zero Limits’ is a collection of thoughts, ideas and personal experiences based on the author’s discovery and learning of the ancient Hawaiian system Ho’oponopono.

Ho’oponopono is loosely translated “to cause perfection,” more specifically meaning “to make right or to correct errors.” (Ho’o – cause; ponopono – perfection).

Ho’oponopono is a problem-solving technique which is quite astounding in its simplicity that it looks almost too miraculous to be true.

The Hawaiian teaching refers to the transition to a ‘zero state’ of zero limits which is represented by pure love or Divinity. Below is just a simplified explanation of the process.

The Universe begins and ends with Zero.

There is no such thing as out there. Everything exists as thoughts in your mind.

The physical universe is an actualisation of your thoughts. If your thoughts are negative, they create a negative physical reality.

You are 100% responsible for creating your physical universe the way it is. You are 100% for correcting the negative thoughts that create your diseased reality. You are 100% responsible for all that you experience – and for everyone and everything in your awareness!

According to the ancient Hawaiians, all problems and errors arise from thoughts that are tainted by powerful memories from the past. Ho’oponopono releases this negative energy which causes imbalance and suffering in our lives.

All life experiences are either an expression of memories replaying in the subconscious mind or inspiration (flow). You can act from a place of intention (the conscious mind) or inspiration (Divinity). Your intentions are limitations. Inspiration is more important than intention.

You don’t have control over everything. You don’t have a clue what is going on. You have a choice (free will), but you don’t have control whether you manifest your choice or not. The Divinity manifests (through the unconscious mind).

All you have to do is to ‘clean’ these replaying memories in your subconscious mind by letting go of them through ‘cleaning’ – a process of repentance, forgiveness and transmutation.

Think of these memories as the roots of the problems in your life, toxic energies, illness, depression, grief, anger, disappointment, and so on.

You need to clean these memories. Let go of them.

Clean continuously to open yourself to the Divine – the void, the zero limits state.

How do you clean? By repeating four phrases: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

I’m sorry – Acknowledge the problem in yourself, which is in others. You are responsible for everything you experience, including others. Cleaning starts with you.

Please forgive me – Ask for forgiveness inside you.

Thank you – Express gratitude for the past and show faith for what is to come.

I love you – Change the energy from negative to positive. Allow the flowing energy to reconnect with the Divine.

There’s nothing more to do than continuously cleaning by repeating these phrases. That’s it.

In conclusion, I am posting an excerpt from the book “Zero Limits – The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace and More” – author Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len. You are welcome to read this fascinating book to understand the process and find out more about Ho’oponopono.

“You’re awakening. (…) You begin to realise that when you surrender to a greater power, miracles tend to happen. You begin to let go and trust.

You begin to practice, moment by moment, awareness of your connection with the Divine. You learn to recognise inspiration when it comes to you, and you act on it. You realise you have a choice but not control of your life.

You realise the greatest thing you can do is agree to each moment. In this stage, miracles happen, and they constantly astonish you as they do. You live, in general, in a constant state of amazement, wonder, and gratitude.”

Wake me up when September ends 🌸💖 Time for h Wake me up when September ends 🌸💖 Time for hot tea and cake ☕️ 🍰 And a good dose of magic and fantasy ✨✨

A Magic Steeped in Poison, Judy I. Lin 🍵 ☠️
The more you give the magic, the more it takes

This fantasy book was super fun to read, and the cover is stunning. I loved the magic system rooted deep in Chinese mythology and it’s ancient tea-making traditions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Torn by guilt after her mother’s death and her sister’s illness due to poisoning, Ning assumes the role of her mother’s apprentice and travels to the imperial city to compete in the search for the country’s greatest shennong-shi - masters of the magical art of tea-making.

The winner of the competition will receive a favour from the imperial princess herself, which may be Ning’s only chance to save her sister’s life before it’s too late and uncover who is behind the tea poisonings that killed her mother amongst many others.

Between backstabbing competitors, bloody court politics and a mysterious handsome man with a shocking secret, Ning quickly discovers that her life might be the one in more danger.

Part of a duology - looking forward to reading the sequel, A Venom Dark and Sweet 💖
